Biography

Jeremiah Jones is originally from West Valley City, UT and currently lives with his wife and three children in Lehi, UT. Jeremiah has earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Brigham Young University. Both degrees were obtained through the Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering and Technology.  In addition to degrees in Information Technology, Jeremiah completed a minor in Music and an emphasis in both Applied Physics and Japanese.  As an entrepreneur, Jeremiah has been involved with several start-up entities and is currently employed full-time as the Lead Technologist for aVinci Media, an industry leader in personal digital media expressions.  Prior to joining aVinci, Jeremiah was the Director of Technology for Utah’s top-rated marketing and development firm, Rain Interactive.  Jeremiah also serves as the Chair for the Computer Society Utah Chapter, is a representative at the Utah Engineer’s Council, serves on the Executive Committee for IEEE Utah, and is on the advisory board for several universities and colleges.  Jeremiah is also a classical pianist with a repertory listing and recordings available at http://www.lisztonian.com/.
