IEEE Computer Society – Utah Section

• Chair(2010-current): Served as the chapter chair to organize membership activities, improve member benefits, and enhance member relations.  Co-sponsored the 2009 Agile Roots Conference.  Organized and sponsored technical seminars.
• Treasurer (2009): Served as the treasurer and assisted in coordinating and running member events.
  Managed the chapter budget and reporting to IEEE Headquarters.

Utah Engineer’s Council

• Society Representative (2009-2010): Represented the Utah IEEE Section on the council.
• Scholarship Committee (2009): Assisted in the evaluation and grading of scholarship submissions for awarding of UEC scholarships.
• Awards Committee (2010): Assisted in the evaluation of award submissions for Engineer of the Year, Educator of the Year, Fresh Faces, and others.

IEEE Utah Section

• Senior Member (2009-current): Represent IEEE at a senior level to other members and to engineers across the globe.
• Nomination Committee (2008): Assisted in the nomination of local section awards.
• Awards Chair (2009): Assisted and lead the coordination of the awards and events banquet.
• UEC Representative (2008-current): Represent the local section on the Utah Engineer’s Council.
